What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. If you will arrive later or leave earlier, tell us and we will plan for it.
How far are you from the Pallekele cricket stadium?
The Pallekele International Cricket Stadium is 4.3 km from the hotel. On match days we can arrange a tuk-tuk to and from the ground.
How far are you from Kandy?
Kandy railway station is about 10 km away, and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is 11 km. The Royal Botanic Gardens at Peradeniya are 15 km away.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have free private parking on site.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes. Every room is air-conditioned, with a private bathroom, a TV, an electric kettle and a seating area. Some rooms have a balcony; see each room page.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome. Guests aged 3 and over are charged as adults. We do not have cots or extra beds, so please choose a room whose beds suit your family.
Do you allow pets, smoking or parties?
No. The hotel is non-smoking, and we do not allow pets or parties.
Can you arrange a pickup or a tour?
Yes. We can arrange pickups from Kandy station, the city or the airport, day trips, and two multi-day tour packages. Send us an enquiry with your dates and we will reply with options and prices.
I am booking for a group. Is that possible?
Groups of more than three rooms follow different terms. Contact us with your dates and numbers and we will agree them with you directly.
How do I book?
Send us an enquiry through the contact form, message us on WhatsApp, or call 077 370 3698. We will confirm availability and rates. Online booking with a bank-transfer deposit is coming soon.
How do I pay?
At the property, payment is in cash. Ask us about other options, such as a bank transfer in advance, when you enquire.
